Golovkin vs. Murata Fight: Gennadiy Gennadyevich Golovkin (GGG) will return to action early next month as he faces off against Ryota Murata in a middleweight title unification fight in Japan. Golovkin retained his IBF and IBO titles by beating Kamil Szeremeta in Florida, US in December 2020.
Golovkin (GGG) is expected to face off against his great rival Canelo Alvarez later this year but he won’t be overlooking WBA champion Ryota Murata from japan.
The Japanese star won gold at the 2012 London Olympics and is a superstar in his home country for boxing.
Golovkin will travel to Saitama for the bout and it should be a thriller.

The 12-round middleweight title bout will be held on Saturday, April 9 2022. It will take place at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan.
