The New York Giants visit the Washington Football Team in NFL Week 2 for a Thursday night game at FedExField on Thursday, September 16 (9/16/2021).
TV coverage is on NFL Network at 8:20 p.m. ET, and the game will be broadcast nationally.
The Giants fell 27-13 to the Broncos in Week 1 to mark their fifth straight season opening loss. Bad defense and a costly fumble by Daniel Jones in the third quarter doomed the team’s season start.
Washington also started the season with a loss — 20-16 to the Chargers. Both teams are looking to avoid an 0-2 start, but for the Giants, a second loss in a row would make for eight out of the past nine seasons starting at 0-2.
